the core reasons for not sharing medical info no longer exist:
* there is no town rumor ... people today have way too much else to talk about
* insurance is forced to ignore previous condition, FURTHERMORE, we can be assured insurance agencies DO HAVE ACCESS to medical records. this is why Microsoft was chosen as to store records: scape goat.
* employers typically don't seek medical info (their insurance company might): it's not worth the risk they get caught
