We need a new constitutional amendment

Americans should have the right to kill enemies of America. For example, if you discover your neighbor is a muslim it is your right and constitutional duty to kill them.

It's always been USA law that no citizen can "start a war" without direction from a legitimate militia except in self defense.

Lex necessitatis est lex temporis i.e. instantis - The law of necessity is the law of time, that is time present.

YOU CAN DO SO UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES HOWEVER - if you act without approval from others you are at risk in court - if you are wrong about anything (such as if the person is a member of ISIS), you'd be convicted.

Also: the law does not prevent citizen arrest: it's just that the law disfavors or even punishes those who do it without having their shit straight as an arrow.

Democrats need to spread hate on muslims to cover up the fact they've been using tax money to illegally aid and imbed illegals to stay in usa purely because they always vote democrat. Muslims included: dems are using your tax money to bring them over QUICKLY - and you can see LARGE muslim religious sites popping up all over fairfax now. They are probably arriving at Dulles International - which fairfax county "kinda controls" but has been using to spread communism around DC to choke the nations capitol with USA spies and USA haters.
