Taxes are for idiots. I figured a way to sell my company and not pay capital gains tax. Why should the feds get a third of what I earned? Fuck that.

I'm going to start a charity, gift the business to the charity, then sell the business through the charity and pay zero taxes while retaining all the profit. Irrevocable trust.
