You just mentioned violent crime. If you include property crimes, thefts etc... it is indeed well over 70%. If someone breaks into your house and steals your stuff, that's still a crime.
In the mid 90's 36% of all black males in PG County had an active warrant of some type pending within the county. Keep in mind those were just the criminals that had been identified - many crimes go unsolved.
The jail was full - as it is today and only felony "high violence" warrants were actively worked. Standard felony warrants were just entered in the system and you'd wait for the guy to get picked up on a traffic stop. In order to actually jail them, you would have to release someone else. Misdemeanor warrants were often not even entered as there were so many.
It's not a small percentage of niggers committing crimes. Not even close.
