Why Does Trump Call Russian Election Hacking a Hoax?

Besides FBI, CIA, NSA even Trump administration officials acknowledge the seriousness of the attack last year on our election by Russia. The Trump administration Friday notified 21 States that Russians attacked their voting systems.

How does Trump call this all a Hoax? I need a Trump supporter to explain this to me. But I mean really, like an adult explain it. Not 'but Hillary' or 'but liberal media' or 'but Obama' - how does Trump think Russian attack is a hoax?

Trump didn’t win the popular vote and he has a inferiority complex. He doesn’t want to accept the fact that outside influences might have helped him win and not his popularity. This is our President.
