How can they sell tickets to a public park? Will they pass the hat around? I am not sure if that is legal in a public park.

Also, where are the FAQs. I want to wear a pair of cute shorts and my younger sister hasn't decided what to wear. Is there a dress code? Will Meade sign autographs? Can we get a picture with him. My sister wants to bake him cookies. Will we get the chanve to meet him?
