What do you all know about CSRA?

Looking to apply to a job there but it gets mixed reviews on glassdoor. Anyone know anything, or work for this company?

The little of what I know about them:

-Government contractor (defense/IT)

-Fairly new to the game (founded in 09 I think)

-Benefits are meh, pay is meh, management couldn't give a fuck

-A lot of potential for growth in the field
