But then we found that NACA II [Northwood Appold Community Academy II] has zero students proficient in state math testing and just 5 percent proficient in English. Compare that to the state, where 36 percent of students are proficient in math, 44 in English – yet, both have the same graduate rate.

Hey fuckhead, Northwood Appold Community Academy is a *charter school*, which is the kind of school *conservative Republicans* want more of, because they're a way to funnel money out of the public sector and into private pockets.

Poor people are trained to remain poor (this Baltimore school is perfect evidence of that) so they keep voting Democrat.

Poor people are nothing but voting livestock to the Democrats.

But there's hope, minorities are waking up to this and starting to vote Republican so they have an actual chance to succeed in life.
