No, Sessions is a firm 'law and order' guy. Not deepstate. He followed the advice of his ethics lawyers at the DOJ. Trump is right. Sessions should have told him that he was going to recuse himself before he was confirmed. However, to Sessions' credit, he offered to resign when Trump yelled at him for recusing. Trump, being the gracious, insightful and visionary that he is, decided that Sessions is still a loyal soldier and that his upside is greater than tossing him out.
