Meanwhile, the moronos are running out of money to pay their attorneys who will probably, if you'll excuse the expression, try to Jew them, as they need money both to keep their struggling firm alive and to finance their own impending divorce battle.

So the moronos can only afford so much of their lawyers' time, and the lawyers, distracted by their own problems, will not be able to focus on the case anyway. PLUS, they no longer have their star anti-eesh partner.
