Rachel Nicole Radford, a 26-year-old woman with ties to Lunenburg County and Henrico County, messed up once again by committing more crimes while on probation for Lunenburg County Circuit Court on a conviction of grand larceny for stealing her grandmother’s wedding band, engagement ring and a diamond cluster ring and selling them at a pawn shop in 2013, according to Lunenburg County Commonwealth’s Attorney Robert Clement.
Radford was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear in Henrico County. She also tested positive for use of opiates, and failed to report to her probation officer, according to Clement. She was originally charged with possession of a schedule I or II drug which was reduced to paraphernalia, and charged with forgery and enhanced petit larceny, both of which were nol prossed by the Henrico prosecutor.
