I am assuming that most people would remove the toilet paper prior to being seated. If that's the case, then by the time you pushed out a loaf the toilet paper (at least the outer several layers) would be room temperature.

I guess it was meant as a joke. The food is so hot that you'll need to use frozen toilet paper afterwards. Unless people go there every day for every meal, it makes no sense!

Joke level = FAIL!
