The Morenos never filed an insurance claim for the alleged washing-machine vandalism. They didn't file a police report either. Monique Wells later related that William Moreno had admitted to her that he knew most or many of the allegations made in the lawsuit were not true.

William Robert Moreno blames everything that happens to him and everything said about him on eesh. However Moreno is universally reviled and generally a loathsome creature. Moreno continues to harass others and is certainly racking up plenty of enemies.
