They can't even repeal Obama Care with a corrupt replacement out of the House of reps. The only party the filibuster holds back is the Democratic party. Kill two birds with one stone.

Since this was Obamas pick the minimum least they can do is nominate a more to the center judge. Especially given the fact that it wasn't their pick and they lost the popular vote by 3 million people.

0bama was totally partisan his whole time in office. Actually hyper-partisan, as he took his party sharply left. Listen to a democrat from 10 years ago talk about illegal immigration or gay marriage, you'll be truly triggered. Republicans were crushed when 0bama got re-elected, but they didn't scramble to make excuses. They didn't riot. I don't even remember tears, but maybe there were some. The Republicans took that loss as a cue for introspection. They did an autopsy of their campaign. I honestly can't say if that helped them or not. Trump had his own plan and didn't worry about their conclusions. But maybe the congress benefited from their soul searching. What I find interesting is the democrats complete refusal to even acknowledge their mistakes. They're so desperate for excuses, but the fact is they have not held so little power since the 1920's. Blaming the Russians isn't going to fix that. Nobody asks, why did our party anoint a queen who is so unpopular she couldn't even beat Donald Trump with 10 times more money and massive media collusion? She couldn't beat 0bama who had very little experience, and she was anointed back then too. The only person she could beat was Bernie Sanders, the retarded socialist, and even then she needed super-delegates and cheating party bosses. So you can call republicans little boys or Russian spies or whatever you like, but if you want to hold real power in this country you should probably start with taking a realistic look at what really happened. That would be the adult thing to do.
