First Lady Melania Trump wins big in defamation case against blogger

Local blogger passes on bogus rumor about Melania being a call girl and gets bitch slapped.

Normally I would feel sorry for the guy, but he is some lefty piece of crap who evidently didn't hear a rumor, just decided to make shit up and use the rumor excuse for a disclaimer. Kind of like Harry Reid did with Romney's taxes.

The blogger had to issue an apology and pay a substantial settlemet according to source.

The blogger, Webster Tarpley of Germantown, MD writes in his apology;

“I posted an article on August 2, 2016 about Melania Trump that was replete with false and defamatory statements about her. I had no legitimate factual basis to make these false statements and I fully retract them,I acknowledge that these false statements were very harmful and hurtful to Mrs. Trump and her family, and therefore I sincerely apologize to Mrs. Trump, her son, her husband and her parents for making these false statements.”
