Boston is not the South, not even South Boston is, people there behave civilized. Boston is the center of sophistication and class, it is not hick and would not sanction a guy like Meade even playing for chump change on the streets.

Are you kidding? Boston is not the South- because its the epitome of low class trash! is very blue collar in a lot of areas. The South is more known for fine manners and hospitality. Even D.C. is not Southern anymore and people here are rude and ill mannered and low class.
