NAFTA was to try and keep American companions from moving to China or other countries out of North America.
The idea being that Canada, Mexico and the US would not cock block each other they would trade freely which each other.

No idea what the Trump retard is talking about. NAFTA was a plan by Reagan and put into action by George Bush. It passed Congress under Clinton-
