A good Tropical Country With Free Healthcare?

Now that Trump is president I'm looking to move to a country with free healthcare and vacation type environment. Some country with nice beaches and free healthcare.

Suggestions?

Lol. You don't follow current events I see. All someone has to do is go into a hospital when you need medical care, insurance or not you will not be turned away, just ask any illegal.

True, but the visit ISN'T FREE. You are still responsible for the cost and bill collectors will come after you.

Can you steal healthcare? Sure but anything can be stolen.

(Unless you are Trump and tie up the costs in a long lawyer legal battle so the hospital finally gives up)
