Does anyone find it unreasonable for Trump tout his business prowess when he lost nearly a billion dollars in a single year?
Date: October 03, 2016 08:54AM

To put it in words that Trumpettes and the like will understand:

"I like businessmen who don't lose a billion dollars in one year."

Of course it's unreasonable, but there is no reason attached to Trump's candidacy in any way, shape or form.

Trump-tards!

LoLz!

Businesses gain and lose money. This is nothing new and nobody cares. Now if he started needing a bail out from Washington then people would care.

I agree with most of your first two sentences. It however isn't normal for a corporation to file for bankruptcy eleven times and anyone with half a brain, or the business acumen of a fiscally responsible soccer mom would be concerned. Real Estate is an especially volatile field of business, and Trump makes a habit of making stupid gambles. If you want to know what will happen to the American economy if Trump becomes president, Look at his casinos in Atlantic City.

Trump is worth 20 trillion ten billion more than the United States government run by complete incompetents.

But you think Clinton would make a good President when she doesn't even know what a classified email looks like.

In ancient times a city considered itself lucky to have a mayor who was a well know and liked successful businessman.

Are you saying Donald Trump isn't successful?

Let me tell you the bank isn't going to let me "use my own jet" even once. And the reason why is because they are not going to cover a very very long term loan I can't pay off (at the pay typical fairfax county jobs pay: a grey hair above the minimum legal possible).

Donald Trump may be worth $10 billion, or whatever he claims to be worth, but most of that money isn't liquid cash. He probably only has $100 million or so in the bank. Most of his fortune is tied up in his real estate investments.

Tell that to all contractors who performed work and didn't get paid.

If you bought $50,000 worth of drywall to install in the "Taj Mahal", and you never got reimbursed for any of it I'm sure you'd care greatly.
