Craigslist - what to do if 2 people made same offer?

I'm selling an item and two people offered me lower amounts but they're exactly the same amount. What do I tell them? I want to get the most money for it.

If they're within 10% of your selling price, take whichever one is willing to pay you cash.
If they're both lowball offers, 30-50% of your asking price, tell them both that you appreciate their offers, but you're not willing to sell at that price.
How low are the offers, what are you selling, and what's your motivation for selling?

When using CL always ask for more than you expect to get for the item.
CL is notorious for people low-balling, just because they feel they can!
