Note the bottle of "Brutal Fruit" in the bottom right corner of the picture.
Brutal Fruit is a South African flavored beer marketed to women, although it did get a test marketing by the Miller brewing company back in 2005 in the U.S. in Seattle, WA, Tampa, FL, and Richmond, VA. The bottle style is previous to their 2009 redesign and seems to be the litchi (lychee) flavor.
This means that this photograph may be even more transgressive than at first blush, because it was taken in South Africa.
