Hillary, with her "super predator" comment might have been the catalyst to remove weight lifting equipment from jails and prisons, they were essentially gyms. Before she made that comment if you recall, all prisons had weight lifting equipment, this enabled inmates to build bulk and strength which they used on the streets when their time was done. I remember some muscular excons using intimidation methods to rob and steal weaker victims. Typical behavior for an animal, the so called "super predators"
