Now that Miz has admitted to still posting on this site under oath, can Cary press charges?


No hunting down proxy servers or other circumstantial evidence.

A court transcript should trump that.

If Cary can dig up solid evidence of Moreno accessing this network after Cary explicitly told him not to, than yes, he certainly could. He could do this by providing evidence of IP addresses associated with the Moreno residence and raw data packets. I suspect he is already compiling said evidence.

LOL. Don't count on it. Cary's days are spent chasing down LINUX bugs and getting high as shit. He doesn't compile anything but LINUX code when he's sober enough.

Sell it for what? it isn't worth shit. Cary runs the site from his own funds, and occasional donations. There is no advertising revenue generated from this site, and the only people who visit it are the recluses, perverts and dredges of northern virginia.
