Police say he recorded himself having sex with a 13-year-old girl last month and posted that video to Facebook.

While investigators say Martin confessed to being in the video, his attorney is claiming his innocence.

"I know his father. I know his mother. I know his entire family," said defense attorney Edward Parks. "He's a good kid. He's not been involved in any felonies or serious misdemeanors."

Police say a 15-year-old girl was also seen in the sex tape.

The judge set bond at $50,000 and ordered Martin to stay off social media until his trial.

The defense will probably claim he's mentally retarded or something like that. Probably give him an IQ test where he will conveniently score 79.

I would like to mention that the Kaczynski family is basically fine. Most of them. In fact, all of them but one. Odd that.
