It was William Moreno and his gay ass imagination. Moreno came clean here admitting that it was all an attempt to revive his past Misery character. We all knew that it was him but he finally admitted to it.

He didn't lie about sucking dick.
He does that a lot.

He was 'weaned' on his grandpa's dick when he was an infant.

The only time Moreno ever feels close to another human is when a dude is splooging in his mouth.
