His hearing is not on the calendars of Henrico or Fairfax General District Courts, nor the Henrico Circuit Court.

If his hearing is in Fairfax County Circuit Court, it's hidden behind the paywall and no one here gives enough of a shit to actually go down to the courthouse and look up the records.

The charges could be filed with the circuit court of Fairfax County (no online database).

His former charges of "DISEMINATE IMAGES OF ANOTHER", a case in which he was found NOT GUILTY, were filed under the Circuit Court of Henrico County.

Circuit Court of Fairfax County, records review process:
"Criminal File Review Form

To review an older Circuit Court Criminal file you must fill out and submit the form below. All fields marked with a red asterisk * are required.

Within two business days after submission you will be notified of the file availability and directed where to go to review it. The file will be held for no more than ten business days after notification of availability, to allow you time to come in and review it.

The more current files are available for review at the Fairfax County Courthouse. Criminal files will be located in the Criminal Division on the 4th floor in Suite 409."

eesh is not getting a bond and it won't appear on the court website until after he has been transferred to Fairfax

Circuit court is for appeals, it'll be in the general district section, in a month or two.

He has a DOC number now, which means he's not going anywhere for awhile.

"Speedy" is a relative term. In Virginia, it just means you have the right to be tried within a year of being arrested.

In the meantime, if you can't get released on recognizance or make bail, you sit in jail, and time moves mighty slowly in jail.

It's only been a couple days. This is a minor charge and there is no reason to deny bail or set excessive bail. He will be out soon.
