How to drain a boil?

How deep do you have to go to hit the soft spot on a boil? Say that the boil is gigantic and has a big white spot and I have a clean x-acto knife, if I hit the gooey mess will it flow out, like a volcano? Do I have squeeze the pustification out? They say nothing feels better then the afterwards when the boil is excised.

When I was in high school I used to get boils on my ass all the time because I was doing lacrosse, muay thai and Golden Gloves Boxing, but I had a friend named Erol who would just suck on them until they burst. This was usually in the gym showers and as payment I didn't whip the shut out of him. You must be a pussyfoot with no friends.

They can squirt many feet when pressure is applied to them. Ever pop a "iceberg zit", a solid mass of dried grease under a pore? 75% of the matter is below the surface and the pore extends open tenfold as it comes out. Will give you goosebumps if you see it. Leave a giant crater where the "BB" came out.
