I saw a older middle aged cop - hulking healthy guy - a street down from and old woman with a cross guard uniform.

Wearing an "animal patrol" uniform over his cop uniform !!

What in the world did he do to piss off his boss that much ? Did he say he was voting for trump to garza or something ?
