Why?

Because it reminds me of summer time eating with my grandparents near the lake outside on a picknick table.....

awsome times as a kid in the 1970's and sure do miss my grandmothers cookies and egg nogg

My favorite cereal of all time is Count Chocula. That stuff is the bomb. I treat myself to it from time to time. It's a nice break from the shredded wheat....

Golden Grahams get soggy really fast, that's their main drawback.

Captain Crunch sucks the big one. It cuts the roof of your mouth and then leaves that skim coat of sugar slime in the milk. Gross.

Enjoy Fruity Pebbles for a pure sugar rush at 6am.

And Lucky Charms?

BTW, the best cereal - evar - is a cereal called Team Flakes. It was discontinued in the late 1980s, but it was fucking awesome.

I don't remember Lucky Charms being all that good. They've got a great gimmick, but I remember it being kind of a sweet-bland taste.

I hate the cheesy labeling, but Good Friends cereal is awesome. Nothing like ultra high fiber in the morning.

The 80's were great for gimmicky cereal. I ate Pacman, Ghostbusters, Mr.T, Donkey Kong, etc. I think there were all made by Ralston, so they all tasted pretty much the same.

Loved Quisp and Quake back in the day - and thanks for the Quisp visual, Tomahawk. Nowadays, I love Reeses' Puffs. I don't think it is the healthiest of cereals, but it is darn tasty.

The chocolate mini-wheats are amazing. Peanut butter Crunch was my fav as a kid.

I just eat Kashi "Very Vanilla" oatmeal now.

Dr. Oz is an ass. My sis went on his show (she is attractive) and he gave her some kind of veg smoothie and she almost barfed - it was warm and disgusting. She pretended it was okay but I doubt she could hide her revulsion. Hes all like 'isnt that delicious?' obviously the douche had never tried it himself. Phoney.

1/4 Cup Sunsweet Blend: Dried Cranberry, Cherry, Blueberry, Plums
1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Oats OR Grape Nuts OR 50/50 mix
1/3 Cup boiling water, stir 1 minute

Fat: 19 grams
Sugars: 41 grams

Great taste, you won't get hungry 'til lunch AND crap like a bear 8 hours later.
