I imagine when they see her pull into the parking lot and walking thru the front door, everyone scatters so as not to have to deal with her crazy ass. They probably roll their eyes and exclaim "not her again".

A querulant (from the Latin querulus - "complaining") is a person who obsessively feels wronged, particularly about minor causes of action. In particular the term is used for those who repeatedly petition authorities or pursue legal actions based on manifestly unfounded grounds. These applications include in particular complaints about petty offenses.

this^ a friend who's a cop in another state told me that every community has someone like this, the one who all the cops know because of they're always calling them for all kinds of petty trouble. almost always a woman too. I think there's an actual term for it too

She's cried wolf enough times now that no one cares about anything she's saying. The police now just give her a case number, tell her they'll look into it and then never call again. Repeat.

Megan Toohey and William Moreno go to bed angry at night and wake up angry every single day.
They eat, sleep and breathe the next idiotic scheme of court revenge that they can try to pull. They spends hours upon days and nights angry at eeshs, lizzies, caans, Northmans, texting each other about them and what they can make up to try to have them arrested.
All of those they threaten are sitting back and watching, laughing, knowing they are being wrongfully accused and knowing those two have nothing to back up their false claims.
Neither of them have any cases that will result in anything happening to them. They think they know who is behind everything and that it is being done by one small group of people but the reality is it Is all being done by people whose names they don't know and never will.
The ones actually responsible are also sitting back, watching and laughing at the two chase ghost, go on wild goose chases and accuse the wrong persons.
