He's the one stirring the pot. Serving a ppo on his victim from his act of stalking, really? London served the warrant. He posted bail. Then cried to a Henrico magistrate to get a ppo issued against the man he himself was stalking claiming he was in fear. God this case will be amazing to watch.

Megan bought herself a new phone and spent half the day advertising it and reading/posting/archiving messages to and from her "friends"/"adversaries"/"fellow crazy people", or whatever she wants to call them.

It's amazing that this woman has so much free time to come to the very website where she claims to "suffer" so much. If fact she has more free time to waste than any single mother in the state. Where is her kid during all of this? Where is her mind?

This was my exact argument in General District Court, but the judge felt that Megan porn on other sites was not relevant to Megan porn on FFXU.

Fortunately the judge in Circuit Court saw through Megan's bullshit.

I still have to get the court transcripts and post them.

The Morenos and their pawn Megan are perpetuating the entire affair. William Moreno is not a "random person from the Internet". He is an admitted pedophile with a serious mental imbalance with a family who are complicit and supporting of the vile "fantasies".

This family of sick evil people has at least two large lawsuits pending against eesh that are frivolous and entirely without merit. The Morons have no hope of winning, let alone collecting, yet they pursue these legal proceedings solely to harass eesh and cause him financial hardship.

The Morenos have made numerous false claims and perjured themselves in sworn depositions. William Moreno carried out a campaign to recruit Megan and convince her to also file charges against eesh. She did so even though it was not in her own best interest, nor the best interest of her child.

The Morenos are stalkers themselves who drove to another county to stalk a young female, and lingered outside her house for over an hour. They have attempted to intimidate their witness, and have engaged in illegal witness intimidation.

The Morenos are dangerous, manipulative, spiteful people.

What will Christmas be like for the Morenos now that the Leiser law firm has wiped out their savings?

Someone called the Morenos, but it was not eesh. Eesh did not sneak around the Morenos house in the middle of the night and he did not get arrested for it. The Moreno family has been harassing him with the frivolous lawsuit and charges for months.

Eesh did not "cause" the mother problems. She caused them herself and she will have a lot more to worry about if she ever has another reinvestigation. Sharon will have to explain her witness tampering, witness intimidation, false statements, stalking, and the perjury she is party to.

Perhaps the moronos should have thought their plan through more carefully. Even if they are successful, they would only have a judgment. Eesh is unemployed and has no assets, making him effectively judgment proof. Eesh's appeals could go on for many years, long after Richard and Sharon Moreno are gone. William Moreno is incapable of functioning in the adult world and after his parents die he will most likely end up committed or living on the streets. He will be in no position to even try to collect a judgment.

The Moreno family will never see a cent from eesh. The Leisers will nevertheless expect and demand payment. They will not wait for the Morenos to collect from eesh. The Leisers will sue the Morenos, get a judgment against them, and seize their assets. William will be homeless.

For the purposes of a security clearance, that is not how it works. A crime is a crime even if you are not charged. (Not fair, but those are the rules.) She committed the crime, and she allowed/allows her son to commit crimes by coming on the site. They also committed witness tampering and witness intimidation with Monique. They offered to pay for her legal representation in exchange for her testimony. They they attempted to get the Leisers to fraudulently bill Monique for legal services she had no obligation to pay.

Those are serious felonies. If this case was about anything other than a ridiculous Internet feud, prosecutors would be all over the Morenos. Sharon will have to explain all this to an investigator.

Correction: The Morenos offered to pay for Monique's legal representation when she was a potential witness in their civil case against eesh. They did not inform her there were any strings attached, but when they realized her testimony would be detrimental to their civil case, they conspired with the Leiser Law firm to fraudulently bill her for the services.
