Favorite Cuisine

With FFXU posters being such a diverse and sophisticated group, I was curious as to everyone's favorite cuisine? Do you prefer Italian/Ethiopian/Southern (US) cuisine, for example? My personal favorite was once Northern Italian, but I find myself being drawn to French Provincial these days. Any thoughts?
