Really not something that's going to break the bank. lol
But, yes, I have and have had several different types.
They're OK. Better than keys. The keypad does most of that for you without any fancy communication support.
If you want to do more with it, then rather than Bluetooth/NFC/WiFi, you're probably better off looking more at those that are Z-Wave or Zigbee based. That integrates better with home automation and security systems. The others that say rely on a fob or your phone really aren't much of an advantage over the keypad beyond just the gee whiz cool factor.

Depends on what you want but you can get them for a lot less than that if you hunt around some and wait until you find a deal. Most of the Z-wave locks that I have I picked up for $50 when Home Depot cleared that model out. I just sold some on ebay not long ago for around $90 new. You can find sales for not a lot more than that.
The plain old keypad type with no communication you can find relatively cheap in the $50 range.
