I think we need to acknowledge that the majority of Muslims mourned the 9/11 attacks.
In fact every country in the world held some type of vigil for the 9/11 attacks. Muslims even waved US flags in some weird countries like Iran.
Top Islamic clerics also denounced the 9/11 attacks.

In a Joint Statement by the American Muslim Alliance, American Muslim Council, Association of Muslim Scientists and Engineers, Association of Muslim Social Scientists, Council on American-Islamic Relations, Islamic Medical Association of North America, Islamic Circle of North America, Islamic Society of North America, Ministry of Imam W. Some may be genuine about feeling sad about 9-11, but I know a lot celebrated ...
Met some Afghanis who grew up in NY city .. they just told me "9-11 was the US's own fault" b/c the US polluted the Arabian peninsula by having our troops in Ryadh .. not far from Mecca
Don't trust any of them .. besides they follow that false prophet Mohammed.
