Has President Obama Served His People?

Speaking of Obama. Can his constituency (mainly the black community) say that President Obama has served them well? Is the black community (Obama's sons) better off as a people? Do they have better opportunities to excel, less discrimination against their race? Is the impoverished in our nation more equally divided amongst the races or is the black community still a majority. Has their president created plans, campaigns, incentives to accomplish these ideas or has he proposed any plans at all addressing the oppression felt by the black community. Is there any record to track the progress made by this president (their president) that shows improvement for this community of Americans. Are the blacks better off today than they were 8 years ago? If so, is there any tracking to show the improvement. If he were my great hope, I'd want to see what he has done. Certainly 8 years is sufficient to show us, as a nation, how to do things right so the black community is not so oppressed.
