Help me I know i will get a lot of racist people respond but I know there always nice people
Pay periods begin on Mondays and end on Sundays
Payroll is processed every Monday for the week prior
Pay Day is every Friday?

Will they pay me next Friday or the following

You should ask your company. This is a very normal question, and it could be either next Friday or the one after.
