In a Four Party Race, Trump, Sanders, Bush and Hillary who wins?

I would give the win to Hillary because she has experience and Bill Clinton helping on the sidelines. I think Trump and Sander will run out of steam and Bush will have legacy brother to deal with.

Just today Jeb blamed the rise of ISIS on Clinton and Obama. No mention of GWB.

ISIS has nothing to do with the decision to invade Iraq. It's Bill Clinton's fault for not stopping the rise of ISIS. And Obama's fault for not stopping the rise of ISIS.

Jeb's being totally reasonable here. He acknowledges responsibility.

Your initial supposition is incorrect. Neither Jeb or Trump can win the Republican nomination (actually, I take that back, Jeb could get the Republican nomination because they know he is unelectable).
