CZ doesn't get enough credit.

the supreme court takes that case 10x per session to avoid whatever it is they are supposed to be doing
it's like school prayer in court: it never get's out of court they just keep redeciding it

the italians used to say if it keeps coming in court and being changed that it must not be a matter of law to begin with
and doesn't the constitution say they CANNOT decide to begin with ?
why do we care if a democrat supreme court decide for or against a ruling they are not allowed to decide in the first ?
