Hi! I would like to suggest, and perhaps encourage folks who see obese folks working out, attempting to loose weight through exercise, to give them a hearty "thumbs ups", perhaps even tell them that you give them credit for making an attempt to lose weight. You don't know how much that means to these folks and you will never appreciate the significance unless you have been there yourself.
