Anyone recommend Behr paint?

anyone like Behr paint?? I am painting a room tomorrow and wanted to use Benjamin Moore...until I saw the price for a gallon. I know Home Depot sells Behr, and it is much cheaper but I have never used it. Any thoughts?

Can't say that I've been real impressed. Average. Nothing special. Although I haven't tried their higher-end interior paints.

latex is latex - great for a tight fitting "body wear"

almost usable as a substitue if you don't have any sun block

do not use on genitles unless your tested for latex sensitivity though

It's paint. Nothing more. Gets the job done. For the price it's ok.

i use anti-mold bright white exterior - and make sure it gets shaken or it wont glide on

you can use %50 water %50 bleach to kill mold before you put on the new paint - rought it up some maybe (i often skip that - hasn't fallen off yet)

For a flat finish, it's fine. If you want any kind of gloss though, don't go cheap. Ben Moore is worth the extra $$$.

I did my house interior in their Samuel Jackson chocolate color and I must say it turned out baddass.

on the History channel or was it This Old House

they were saying some of the old school paint rules are basically from up North. the harsh conditions up there and the lower quality paint they had meant they had to use (ie, oil based) and also be real careful how to apply - or it would mold over and fall off and let the wood and home be destroyed

it will be much thinner than paper after applied and %99.5 latex. the situation is your painting in a few years again non matter which you get

it is true that poorly made paint could give you problems for one reason or another

Behr is very
t - dont use it. Go with Ben Moore if you want to save time and money on labor and have the job last for more than 2 yrs.
