Question - Having a car towed? Please advise

i know a certain fella that parks his suv in the take out parking spot at chesecake factory. He then goes to the mall for hours leaving it there. He does this everyday. He is black.

Please advise

Call the local non-emergency number for the police and ask about towing ... call it a "suspicious vehicle" .. they'll likely put in touch with a local towing company who covers that area ...

PS - don't tell them he is black.
