So are the Saudis, who behead people for blasphemy/apostacy, lash people for blogging, subjugate women, execute 17 year old immigrant babysitters when a child dies even though it wasn't their fault, etc., etc., considered "real Muslims" who represent the Islamic faith? Or are they "people who have perverted Islam” as Obama said?

How about the Iranians who stone women and hang homosexuals from construction cranes around Tehran? Are they "real Muslims."

How about the Muslim Brotherhood who took over in Egypt (which won with something like 90% of the popular vote in Parliament in three separate elections) and who were implementing the same based on Sharia. Obama even recognized them as being legit. At least until the military took over and declared them to be terrorists, killed, and sentenced them to death.

Given that these are among the largest and most influential groups and clerics in the Muslim world, you'd think that they'd be considered "real Muslims." But it's kinda hard to tell the real Muslims who reflect "Islam's proud tradition of tolerance” as Obama put it from the fake Muslims who have perverted Islam?

I'm confused...
