Most of the pics were taken from websites critical of the US military's use of depleted uranium rounds. Places like Afghanistan and such.

These pictures are quite grotesque and despicable. They also date back to Saddam Hussein's extremely successful propaganda campaign to end the Gulf War UN Sanctions that is still going strong. The pictures really grab you and you will find them in a 1000, maybe even 10,000 internet sites and postings, but they never had anything to do with depleted uranium. They are all congenital conditions that have to do with genetics of both parents in a tribal society where close intermarriage is common and if there is even a single medical doctor on the list, it would be really nice if they would look up the likely causes of each of the pictured congenital conditions. Some of the pictures, those with the bright red eyes and corrugated skin are of Harlequin Ichthyosis, a congenital recessive genetic condition of considerable rarity that used to mean that the fetus was doomed, but children have now lived into their teen years in the UK with careful treatment. French scientists have even identified the genes. Other photos, like the one with the child being held in a woman's arms, supposedly in Iraq, are of hydrocephalus. The hole in the head shows that the child is being treated and if they have survived the internal violence in Iraq, that child should be in their 20s by now. It would be nice to find him. I welcome correspondence from anyone who wants to learn more. I have been studying the lies about DU and the liars who tell them for over eight years. I have no interest other than to show the lies and liars for what they are and to educate people who feel like that they could care and spread the lies and show them that they have been used by master manipulators.
