If you want to see eesh punished, it's going to have to be a roll-your-own kind of project, which you can't do sitting on your fat fucking ass in front of a computer. You're going to have to actually get up off your ass, go outside and do your own heavy lifting and get your own hands bloody rather than hoping someone else will do your dirty work for you, because no one will.
Since eesh is a proud gun owner, this will also entail a significant amount of personal risk on your part, because he will happily shoot you to death if he thinks he can get away with it, and you don't get to run around picking up health packs in real life.

The police can be rather unhelpful, their advice in many misdemeanor cases is to go talk to the magistrate. The magistrate can be far more helpful if you come prepared. Lawyers and cops say to document everything, that's great advice.
