Ocwen (OCN): About to become a penny stock!

Ocwen is doomed.

They get nothing right:

- Credit reporting (they think the IRS does this)
- Payment application
- Escrow accounts
- Suspense accounts
- Call centers in India (no one speaks English)
- Foreclosing on homes that have been fully paid off-and resold
- Hiding behind tax shelters in Luxembourg, the Cayman Islands, and the Virgin Islands

The list goes on. They are likely to lose their California license. Other states are considering the same thing. Today is the last day on the job for the company's founder, William Erbey. He has resigned in disgrace.

Altisource, an Ocwen affiliate, has claimed the company will recover. Altisource has a less than arm's length relationship with Ocwen, so this statement is, at best, self serving.

If you have Ocwen shares, dump them, they'll soon be good for nothing except birdcage liner.

Ocwen needs to be put out of business for stealing homes from people.

Ocwen = Newco backwards. Coincidence? I don't think so. Illuminati, for sure.

Altisource just laid off 800 people in Boston and other places. Since Ocwen is their main customer, that says a lot.

Good bye, Ocwen.

Of course Erbey and the rest of them say the problems are temporary. Erbey's billionaire status depends on the value of Ocwen stock. I predict Ocwen is going to continue to fall, and more and more states will be taking action on behalf of the consumers who have suffered abuse and losses due to Ocwen's unethical practices and Altisource's poorly designed and implemented systems.
