You know the show is scripted, but so are the characters. Look at them before the show started:

Shockerz... an obviously scripted show is scripted and they don't look like they did in high school.

Did you just learn reality tv is only for entertainment purposes?

I did enjoy the pictures from decades ago like that was some smoking gun.

FYI theyve already said the beards are gone when the show ends, for most of them its a way so they can have a somewhat normal life afterwards and not be recognized everywhere.

Fyi those pics are from a long time ago so they may not have had the beards until recently. But its reality tv of course it is scripted but that doesn't mean its completely fake. It is scripted to make it more entertaining.
