Whatever one's opinion of the grand jury decisions in Ferguson and Staten Island, it is very dangerous for prominent politicians to so malign the police. It creates an incredibly dangerous environment for police officers.

When their bosses have called them unfair and suggested they are racist, and even compared them to the Emmet Till lynch mob (Holder), those with whom the police interact can only distrust them.

This will make police interactions more dangerous and increase complaints and lawsuits. After all, these politicians are admitting guilt by the police before they even hit the streets.

It is shameful behavior.

With the outcomes of the recent grand jury inquiries of late the alternitive to your observation is that racism displayed by police is an acceptable form of policing and public safety be damned. More dangerous for police or more dangerous for the public take your pick. These fucking cops are out of control and are getting away with killing citizens and paying off the surviving members of the families. It appears that there a few bad apples that are being protected by "their own" and it's going to start a race war if something isn't done to admonish these fuck tards.

Hey Nip, do you have any idea how a grand jury works? There are no cops on a grand jury, it is ordinary citizens who get subpoenaed to jury duty. So in both the Ferguson and NYC case, ordinary citizens saw all the evidence and made the decision. That is basically a civilian oversight. How is that cops protecting their own?

It has nothing to do about racism. It has all to do with how police conduct themselves regardless of race. Law enforcement and the government is out of control from the local level to the federal level. Just look at FFX county PD that operates like a clandestine 3 letter acronym with complete immunity or oversight from the general public.

I agree with some of what you say but a large portion of the population see the departments actions as racist due largely in part to the fact that the majority of deaths are black people and douche bags like Holder and Obama are stoking the racist fire. Granted many of the "hands up don't shoot" clowns are ignorant to what is really happening but it appears that fear and stereo typing are what is driving the cops to conduct themselves in the manner they are. They cops in NY were caught on camera and proceeded in what appears to be a pack mentality because the guy was huge and they just "had" to subdue him. Not one of those asshats tried to even talk to the guy before using force and the guy didn't really put up a fight. If he had they would have had to shoot the guy because he would have whipped there lilly white asses. Out come the same though...scared white boys over reacting and killing another black guy. Thats what the public sees and how it is portrayed in the liberal media. That way it sell more copies and more commercials so that angle is played up in the media and incites all the hands up don't shoot mother fuckers that sit around the house all day watching CNN and Wolfe Fag Boy Blintzer.
