Bogus Witness Testimony in Brown Shooting

Another witness had told the FBI that Wilson shot Brown in the back and then "stood over him and finished him off." But in his grand jury testimony, this witness acknowledged that he had not seen that part of the shooting, and that what he told the FBI was "based on me being where I'm from, and that can be the only assumption that I have."

The witness, who lives in the predominantly black neighborhood where Brown was killed, also acknowledged that he changed his story to fit details of the autopsy that he had learned about on TV.

"So it was after you learned that the things you said you saw couldn't have happened that way, then you changed your story about what you seen?" a prosecutor asserted.

"Yeah, to coincide with what really happened," the witness replied.

Why would witnesses give completely bogus testimony about what they saw???

"Another man, describing himself as a friend of Brown's, told a federal investigator that he heard the first gunshot, looked out his window and saw an officer with a gun drawn and Brown "on his knees with his hands in the air." He added: "I seen him shoot him in the head."

But when later pressed by the investigator, the friend said he had not seen the actual shooting because he was walking down the stairs at the time and instead had heard details from someone in the apartment complex.

"What you are saying you saw isn't forensically possible based on the evidence," the investigator told the friend.

Shortly after that, the friend asked if he could leave.

"I ain't feeling comfortable," he said."

And yet the useful idiots protest based on false testimony.

If the Founding Fathers could see what the country has become they wouldn't have bothered with the Revolution.

There should have been a trial. Even if it only took a week. Basically the Grand Jury acted like a jury in a court of law. Thats not how its supposed to work. Testimony from Wilson with out any cross examination. 4 hours of testimony NOT under oath. This will just prolong the whole process with the Feds still investigating and of course the Civil trial coming. On the other hand a trial might just have been an excuse to riot for another 6 months. Who knows. They have to sort their crap out down there. And for gods sake hire some cops that are the same color as the community and get them out of the cars walking some beats.

Where the Federal Civil rights and Civil case against Zimmerman, Oh they are still working on it. The knuckle head grand jury under pressure brought a case against Zimmerman....What was the outcome? Nobody still happy.

When Darrel Wilson say this then lets have a trial.

There was this big ass nigger Mike Brown that gets on my last nerve everyday he walking in the middle of the damn street pant hanging down to his knees and taking the damn chinaman's cigars. I going to blow his big black ass away today.

Everything is relative. Einstein taught us that

The sun does appear to move around the earth, with the earth standing still.

If you testified to that, you would not be lying.

And then, if you were told further factual details, that changed your understanding, you would be DIShonest if you DIDN'T change your testimony, now being in possession of those facts.

You people will try to twist the testimony any which way you can to make it come out bad.

You will say the earth sits motionless at the center of the universe, if that's what it takes to make a black man look bad.

Eppur si muove.
