Eesh I need your help. What else do I need to purchase to really freak people out on public transportation during rush hour?

1) I got an American that looks like an African.
2) I got him a set of airline luggage.
3) I got a a Liberia t shirt for him to wear.

What else do I need?
If there is anybody on here can think of something, its you.

Do I need to buy him Nausea/Vomiting inducing Medication?
What about Diarrhea inducing Suppositories?
