WBZ Managing Editor Pete Wilson tweeted that The Herald has apologized, saying: “We sincerely regret if we inadvertently offended anyone.”

Boston Magazine has pointed out that another version of the same cartoon was also published on GoComics.com. Safe to say, The Herald would have probably been better off going with this version.

There was absolutely no racial connotations in that cartoon. Any racial connotations that someone saw in that were perceived. Therefore the person who perceived it is, they themselves, a racist.

That is a good Murdoch owned newspaper. Many times Ted Kennedy tried to bring it down only to suffer defeat, Kennedy hated Howie Carr who referred to him as "Fatboy" and State Senate President Bulger (brother of Murderer Whitey) as the "corrupt midget".

That actually looks like Biden in the bathtub.

In any event, the person who created the cartoon should get the same punishment as the person in the quote below. Yes, he should be made Vice President of the United States.
